Key Skills and Job description:

• Responsible for updating & configuring different components in Telematics device.
• Responsible for updating and validating new firmware on Telematics units.
• Calibration of the vehicles according to the cluster inputs.
•Responsible for complete end-to-end Testing of Telematics devices.
•Requirement gathering and communicating required inputs to developers.
•Performed Integration testing of web application and hardware in SDLC.
•Performed testing of Telematics hardware as per requirement.
•Reproduced field issues on bench and test vehicle to gather information and determine root cause of issue.
•Pre-release User Acceptance testing at Client’s location.
•Testing and Validation of new Firmware with hardware.
•Hardware Testing including network, positioning GNSS & IRNSS Performances.
•Installation and testing of devices on vehicles.
•Harness preparing as per client’s requirement for connecting of Telematics unit in Vehicle.
•Testing and Troubleshooting of IOT devices in office and client Place when it is needed.
•Maintain test documents and related procedures as per customer requirement.
•Responsible for Customer support on technical field issue and maintaining documents.
•Should keep travelling in the local areas on customer request. In future should be ready to move further locations for resolving the customer's queries. •

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree in E&C or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in Service & Implementation in Telematics.
• Aged below 30 years (Relaxed for candidates with “relevant” work experience).
• Technical knowledge as well as market study required on Automobile field and Automotive applications.
• Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
• Should have Good Trouble Shooting/Debugging skills.
• Should be a very good team player.
• Should have excellent communication skills. Ability to work with crossfunctional team to achieve the required functional/cost/weight/timing & quality objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
